- As of tonight’s meeting, SVTR has 18 members and 14 registered machines.

Vice President’s report:
- Safety letter to schools to be mailed soon.
- Looking into the cost and detail on hiring the sheriff’s dept. to police a section of road going to the diner. This info will be used when contacting the selectmen regarding opening a class 4 rd to ATV access.
President’s Report:
- ATV Usage Survey will run for another month.
- VORA Meeting: May 6, 2010 at the VASA offices in Barre. $10 memberships available. See Lloyd for details.
- VASA safety course open to anybody. Contact Lloyd if you are interested. If we get enough interest, VASA will consider a course in our area. Currently all planned offerings are up north.
- VASA is getting ready to rent out some office space in the new VASA building.
- This month, VASA is planning to replace the heating system in the new building to help support the additional office space in the basement. Next year they plan to replace the roof and the following year is planned for parking lot expansion.
- VASA is asking every club to donate a T-shirt to be displayed at the VASA offices.
- VASA wants the clubs to get info out to the local dealers. Both club and VASA info.
- The VASA Trails Committee meetings are now held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6pm at the VASA offices.
- We are planning a ride at the Danby club’s trails on May 22. Danby is planning a poker run on May 23rd.
- SVTR will hold our first work party of the season on April 24th and 25th and a second work party on May 1st and 2nd.
- There will be a club sponsored cookout at the SVTR trail head after the work party on May 2nd.
