ATV Usage Survey

Hello fellow ATV enthusiast!

The Southern Vermont Trail Riders ATV Club is asking that you take a moment to complete the following survey. We feel that the information collected will help us to have actual data to use when explaining how our sport has an impact on the local economy’s, and how it contributes to job retention/creation.

No personal data will be shared with anyone. While the survey asks for your name and address information, this data will only be used to eliminate duplicate survey responses and to contact you in the event you are selected for one of the three survey prizes.  We will only share  aggregate data that shows our sports impact on commerce. Possible uses of the information will be to show local leadership how legal trail systems can contribute to their communities’ economy. We also may share this aggregate data with our elected officials as well to show them our contribution to the region.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey, and to show our appreciation, at the end of the survey we will draw three names from responses to receive one of the prizes listed below.

The success of our sport depends on you! Comments, suggestions, and above all,  participation in the club, no matter what it may be is going to further our ability to ride safe and legal.

For our drawing there will be a grand prize of 1 sweatshirt choice of Maroon ,Gray, or Green.
There will be 2 runner up drawings for 1 ea. Tee-shirts blue in color choice of sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL, or XXXL.

If you would like to qualify for one of the prizes, please include enough information in the survey for us to contact you.
