Penny Harrington spoke representing Relay for Life. Relay for life is a fund raiser for cancer support. The Relay for Life is scheduled for 6Pm June 26th through 8pm June 27th. Fee is $10 per participant.

Presidents Report:
- T-Shirts and sweatshirt order shall not exceed $500.00
- Trail maps are available at the Kiosk at our trailhead.
- VASA was going to hire a trails administrator but the candidate decided not to take the job.
- VASA is in the process of buying a new building for their offices for approx $235,000.
- Landowner permission forms need to be updated.
- State police ATV safety course required for operators under age 18.
- Joy brook culvert project may be delayed till July or August when the water level in the brook is lower.
- First work parties will be used to clear the dead fall from the winter season, open up the view at the picnic area and to gather materials for the culvert project.
- Porta Potty price quote requested for placing one porta potty at the trailhead.
New Business:
- We discussed the possibility of selling lunch at the bottom of the mountain during the Mt. Washington ride as a club fund raiser.
- Start planning for this years safety awareness class. Possible date: Sat June 6th.
- Trying to get first aid booklets from the National Safety Council to hand out to club members.
- Link to VT State Police Online ATV Safety Course added to SVTR website.
