Meeting called to order @ 7:00pm
Attendance: 12 members + 1 new member who signed up at this meeting.
Topics discussed at this months meeting included:
- Secretary’s report read and accepted.
- Treasurer’s Report Read and Accepted.
- As of December 31, 2008 SVTR had 113 members and 112 registered machines. The counts reset to zero on January 1, 2009.
- Webmasters Report read.
- Vice President’s Report Read
- Presidents Report:
- SVTR will require a photo copy of machine registrations when signing up this year.
- VASA Photo contest winners: Drew Renter won first place in the Friends & Family category. Jim Link took first place in the Places & Nature category. Drew also won an award for Administrative Member of the Year.
- Nothing has been done on T-Shirts yet.
- SVTR is activly looking for any members that would be interested in taking on the role of SVTR Public Relations representitive. If you would like to help spread the word about our club, please contact Lloyd.
- Officer Nominations:
- No nominations – current officers will remain in their positions.

As of the close of this meeting 4 existing members had signed up for 2009 and a number of others took the necessary sign up paperwork to fill out for the next meeting.
