SVTR Members and Friends
After hearing one of our fellow clubs has closed it’s trails due to all the rain we have had, our Landowner and I talked about checking out our trail conditions…
Our trails are in very good condition for the weather we have been having. There is a few water bars that could use a couple minutes of attention. I touched up a couple of bad ones myself and it only took a moment of time…
Our trails will remain open at this time. However I do recommend that all riders use 4-wheel drive. Most of all Keep your speed down this will help us control erosion…
I do advise we travel lightly on trails #3 and #6. These trails do not respond well to heavy traffic during this kind of weather. I have not closed them yet but do recommend that we use them lightly…
Please be advised that the bridge on trail #6 at the Joybrook camp has been closed to all traffic. It is in very bad shape and the planning for it’s replacement will take place at our next club meeting…
I wish you all a Safe and Happy 4th of July…
Lloyd Church SVTR!
ps. I would like to thank the members who have worked on our trails this year. Your hard work shows very much from the condition of our trails after this type of weather…
THANK YOU !!!
