{"id":99,"date":"2008-09-19T10:58:33","date_gmt":"2008-09-19T15:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/svtrtest.billortlieb.com\/?p=109"},"modified":"2011-04-21T09:42:23","modified_gmt":"2011-04-21T13:42:23","slug":"september-2008-meeting-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/svtr.net\/?p=99","title":{"rendered":"September 2008 Meeting Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Topics discussed at this months meeting included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SVTR.NET Website<br \/>\nIt was decided that the new website (this site) will be put on hold until the existing site expires in June &#8217;09.\u00a0 The current site maintainer will be notified of this plan and the option offered to give up the current position prior to June.\u00a0 If the current maintainer opts to give up the site prior to June then this site will go live before then.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bridge Replacement project<br \/>\nThe Joy Brook ridge replacement is on hold until spring &#8217;09.\u00a0 More planning work and research needs to be done before we proceed.\u00a0 VASA funding for the bridge project is in question at this time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Donation to Newbrook Fire Dept.<br \/>\nAs motion was passed to make a $400 donation to the fire dept. for the use of their facilities as our meeting location.\u00a0 This amount is up from $300 donated last year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Donation to SEVCA.<br \/>\nA motion passed to donate $50 to SEVCA matching last years donation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Club T-Shirts\/Sweatshirts.<br \/>\nMore discussion about club shirts.\u00a0 Lloyd will get pricing on various sweatshirt options using our current club shirt design.\u00a0 A new design will be investigated next year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2009 Mt. Washington Ride.<br \/>\nThe 2009 Mt.
