{"id":543,"date":"2009-09-17T19:42:11","date_gmt":"2009-09-18T00:42:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/svtr.net\/?p=543"},"modified":"2011-04-21T09:41:32","modified_gmt":"2011-04-21T13:41:32","slug":"sept-17-2009-meeting-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/svtr.net\/?p=543","title":{"rendered":"Sept 17, 2009 Meeting Report."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting called to order at: 7:01<\/p>\n<p>Secretary&#8217;s report read and accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Treasurers report read and accepted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">As of tonight&#8217;s meeting SVTR has 91 members with 78 VASA registered machines.<\/p>\n<p>Web master&#8217;s report read.<\/p>\n<p>Presidents report:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Old business:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thank you to those that helped on the Joy Brook bridge project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">New Business:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are working with VASA to get some reimbursement for the Joy Brook bridge project.<\/li>\n<li>We will be holding a raffle and 50\/50 at the December 17th. meeting.\u00a0 Any member that can donate items for the raffle prizes, please contact Lloyd by the beginning of December.<\/li>\n<li>Club sweatshirts are being investigated.\u00a0 We hope to have an order placed by the next meeting.<\/li>\n<li>We still have some T-Shirts left for sale.\u00a0 Get &#8217;em while they last.\u00a0 We will not be reordering\u00a0 T-Shirts until next spring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meeting adjourned at: 8:41<\/p>\n<p>Attendance: 17<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meeting called to order at: 7:01 Secretary&#8217;s report read and accepted.
