Yesterday trail boss Craig Stone and I went out to check a washout that we have on trail #1 just above the trail #4 split. Please use caution in this area. It is a single ATV wide for about a 12ft section.<\/p>\n

Next weekend August 29 & 30th Craig will be in charge of a work party. Some members will be helping him work on the bridge project at the Joy Brook camp. Craig will ask some to possibly work on the washout and others to work on water bars, clear culverts, and cut back the brush growing into the trail edges.<\/p>\n

Craig has asked that the work party starts at 8am he plans to start early. So if you show up later you can catch up to him at the Joy Brook camp.<\/p>\n

We have allot of work that needs to be done. But short work can be made of this if we have a good showing of our members to lend a hand. I know this is a short notice but if you can give up one day or even half a day you will be amazed how much work will be done.<\/p>\n

I ask all of you who can attend and help to please contact either Craig or myself. Our friends and members from the Hunting Club have offered to supply lunch for the members who attend Saturday’s work-party. So we need to get a head count so that they have an Idea as to how many to feed.<\/p>\n
